PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading name in the aviation industry to find a dynamic Human Resources Generalist who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. In this role, you’ll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders—driving HR initiatives, resolving complex cases, and helping build a culture where employee experience is front and center.
What You’ll Do
As a vital member of the HR team, you will:
Administer HR programs, systems, and processes to support a large, fast-paced workforce
Provide guidance and hands-on support in implementing HR policies, practices, and strategies
Manage and resolve HR cases related to attendance, corrective actions, and employee inquiries
Partner with managers and employees to deliver timely, effective HR solutions
Support a culture focused on engagement, accountability, and positive employee experience
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance and deliver key HR programs
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and drive actionable solutions
Develop solutions to complex HR challenges using established policies and best practices
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 3+ years of related HR experience OR
Master’s degree with typically 1+ year of related experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, and processes
Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders, partners, and teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with HR case management tools and processes
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Tableau or other reporting/analytics tools
Proven ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience supporting attendance management and employee relations cases

Pay Details: $32.71 per hour
