Summary:
Develop high-performance C++ software for the Radar Modeling & Simulation group
Support radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, and radar control systems within simulation and digital twin environments
Apply systems engineering principles to deliver scalable, high-fidelity radar simulation solutions
Support integration across a system-of-systems architecture
Collaborate with technical leads, software/system architects, and engineering teams
Provide mentorship and technical direction to other engineers as needed
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance or higher
Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field
6 9 years of professional engineering experience, including technical leadership or mentorship
Strong proficiency in C++ or other object-oriented languages (Java, C#, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodologies (sprint planning, release planning, Scrum)
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical documentation experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Strong background in linear algebra, statistics, and signal processing
Knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, and design tools for radar modeling
Experience in radar systems development, including algorithms, simulation, and data analysis
Technical leadership experience in program execution
Advanced analytical and applied mathematics skills
