PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to bring on a strategic and highly collaborative Quality Systems Specialist. In this impactful role, you will work closely with global leadership to drive quality initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across a complex, high-performance environment. Your expertise will directly influence decision-making, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement on a global scale.

What You’ll Do

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will:

• Serve as a key liaison between the Global Quality Leader and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of global quality strategies and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles and accelerate decision-making
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights and updates to leadership teams
• Lead and manage special projects and high-priority initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across quality systems and processes
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict confidentiality

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, operations, or strategic program management
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams (Chief of Staff, program management, or similar role)
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive, results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global, cross-cultural organization
• Background in aviation, aerospace, or highly regulated industries
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise-level quality initiatives
