Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.81 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and sales support—ensuring seamless communication, accurate order processing, and on-time delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
As a key member of the sales support team, you will:
Serve as the primary customer contact for all sales order activities and inquiries
Create, process, and oversee sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests
Manage administrative tasks related to order processing and material transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Line, Repairs, Finance, Global Trade, and Purchasing
Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve transactional issues efficiently
Manage shared sales support inboxes, ensuring timely routing and completion of requests
Ensure compliance with Global Trade policies and DOC/DOS export regulations
Support the creation and improvement of procedures and workflows across departments
Track order progress to ensure shipments and invoicing meet customer and company commitments
Required Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales support, or order administration roles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Dependability and commitment to following through on assignments
Proficiency in standard business systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aviation, aerospace, or a regulated industry
Familiarity with global trade or export compliance processes
Experience supporting sales teams or managing order workflows
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency
