Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (7-Month Assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Manager. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between customers, internal teams, and suppliers—ensuring spare parts and services are delivered accurately and on time. Your ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and build strong relationships will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
As a Customer Support Manager, you will take ownership of order management, customer communication, and issue resolution by:
Reviewing and processing customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Managing order entry and updates within Cardex (ERP) and customer portals
Collaborating with Warehouse, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve order issues efficiently
Prioritizing and analyzing orders based on urgency, ship dates, and complexity
Conducting research in ERP systems to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
Monitoring open orders and proactively driving them to resolution
Expediting high-priority or complex orders to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve customer claims (Accounting, QA, etc.)
Supporting Credit & Rebill and RMA processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintaining pipeline health and demand visibility across contracts and programs
Building and strengthening customer relationships through proactive communication and support
Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in customer support, program management, or related field
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (Cardex experience a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with reporting/analysis capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace hardware sales or aviation support environments
Knowledge of aviation or aerospace industry operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong numerical reasoning and data analysis abilities
