PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to hire a detail-driven Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and data that keeps aircraft operations running smoothly. Your work directly supports forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and operational efficiency—making a real impact every single day.

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor to the planning team, you’ll support end-to-end supply chain execution through:

• Executing daily demand and supply planning activities across assigned programs or customers

• Maintaining and updating demand forecasts using historical data and business inputs

• Identifying and escalating supply-demand imbalances, shortages, and capacity risks

• Supporting planning cycles including forecast uploads, schedule updates, and performance tracking

• Preparing reports and trackers (forecast vs. actuals, on-time delivery, inventory status)

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supplier Management, and Operations

• Assisting in planning reviews with data insights, summaries, and risk identification

• Performing data validation, root-cause analysis, and anomaly detection

• Supporting system uploads, master data maintenance, and reporting tools development

• Ensuring adherence to established planning processes and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations (demand planning, inventory, or supply planning)

• Hands-on experience supporting planning execution for programs or customers

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; VBA/macros a plus)

• Familiarity with planning systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar)

• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills

• Basic analytical abilities to identify trends and variances

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to follow processes and escalate issues appropriately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting planners or planning teams

• Exposure to forecasting methods and planning assumptions

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or interest in data visualization

• Background in inventory reconciliation or supply performance tracking

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
