Summary:

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and baselines for complex programs

Lead trend, variance, impact, and risk analysis to assess program performance and constraints

Identify risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies and business case refinements

Establish lead time requirements and scheduling standards

Facilitate integration of planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline control processes

Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholder alignment and project objectives

Direct projects or subsystems from initiation through completion, coordinating across internal and external teams

Drive adoption and evolution of Agile work management frameworks and tools

Resolve cross-functional technical and execution issues across teams

Support development and implementation of requirements management, risk/issue tracking, and technology readiness processes

Perform heavy data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Access, and Tableau

Support schedule integration and data-driven decision-making across programs

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field required

5+ years of project management experience

3+ years supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong experience in data management and analysis

Experience in automation or similar industry environment

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
