JOB TITLE: C-130 APG Mechanic
LOCATION: Greenville, SC
PAY RATE: $34-38/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday Thursday, 5:30 AM 4:00 PM

Summary:
Perform/assist with launch, recovery, preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight inspections
Conduct ground handling, servicing, maintenance, engine runs, and operational checkouts
Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Ensure airworthiness of:
Electrical systems
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Propulsion systems
Landing gear
Flight control surfaces
Aircraft structure and furnishings
Crew escape systems
Remove panels and hardware to access and repair aircraft components
Support aircraft movement, fueling/defueling, and launch & recovery operations
Requirements:
5+ years of recent aircraft maintenance experience (C-130 preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including:
Landing gear
Powerplants
Flight controls
Fuel systems
Aircraft flightline experience preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
