IT Operations Technician II
Location: 29618 Huntington Rd, Apple Grove, WV 25502 | Pay Rate: $34-$40 | Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM

We’re looking for a customer focused IT Operation Technician to support employees across multiple locations by delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining reliable IT infrastructure. In this hands on role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, deploy and manage equipment, support cloud and on prem systems, and collaborate on projects that keep the organization running smoothly.

Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, ticketing system, and in person for onsite employees
Deliver remote support to other company locations
Anticipate user needs and adapt communication style based on situation
Participate in a rotational on call schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
Order, configure, deploy, and manage lifecycle of new and used equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, including:
Computers and laptops
Phones and servers
Network devices
Access control systems, cameras, and badges
Low voltage cabling termination
Assist with installation, licensing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and applications
Support user account creation, access permissions, and group memberships
Support IT projects as assigned (upgrades, rollouts, implementations)
Create and maintain clear documentation for incidents, projects, and inventory
Contribute to continual improvement of IT processes and service delivery
3+ years of technical experience supporting users with hardware, software, administration, and IT customer support
IT related Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent recent experience
Strong customer service mindset and ability to adapt to different situations
Clear, confident communication skills—including addressing issues directly when needed
Collaborative team player with a problem solving approach
Strong troubleshooting, judgment, and decision making skills
Dependable, organized, and highly detail oriented
Experience with:
Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and common business applications
Networking equipment, conference room A/V, and access control systems
Workstation imaging and MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
PowerShell, cloud management, Microsoft ADO
Scrum or Agile project environments
Heavy industrial environments
SAS platform
