Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) & 2nd Shift Availability
Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Consultant Assignment

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a dynamic Delivery and Facilitation Instructor. In this role, you will empower teams through high-impact training, helping develop the next generation of aerospace professionals while driving performance, safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery and Facilitation Instructor, you will lead training initiatives and enhance workforce capability by:

• Delivering engaging, instructor-led training in leadership and technical subject areas
• Defining project scope and recommending training deliverables, budgets, and resource plans
• Overseeing curriculum development, course content reviews, and instructional materials
• Adapting learning content and delivery methods to align with business needs and learning objectives
• Leading performance analysis to identify skill gaps and implement improvement strategies
• Deploying training tools and monitoring program effectiveness and implementation
• Ensuring learners have appropriate system access and resources for training success
• Serving as a subject matter expert and lead instructor in specialized content areas

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or instructional roles
• Proven experience conducting adult leadership training
• Experience teaching technical subject matter
• Background in aerospace training environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military aviation experience
• Advanced education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) with significant related experience (10+ years total or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience developing and refining curriculum for technical or operational training programs
