As an Assembler – Electrical Installer, you’ll play a vital role in assembling and installing critical electrical systems that keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support production and assembly operations by:

• Performing basic assembly on structural, mechanical, and electrical aircraft systems
• Routing and installing electrical components according to engineering specifications
• Reading and interpreting detailed work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment such as screwdrivers, ratchets, multimeters, and continuity testers
• Ensuring accuracy and quality while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Following all safety procedures, including working with protective equipment when handling chemicals
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or technical equivalent)
• Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and technical documents
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience (6 months+) using hand, power, or pneumatic tools in a manufacturing, mechanical, or technical setting (military experience accepted)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Willingness to work variable shifts based on business needs
• Ability to pass training (6–10 weeks) and required assessments
• Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting (10–35 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience working with detailed work instructions and technical specifications
• Prior experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with electrical installation or aircraft systems
