PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a results-driven Supply Chain Management Analyst. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless product flow across critical operations.

As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you will play a key role in improving operational performance through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing logistics and transportation routes for on-time delivery
Developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to track operational success
Supporting demand forecasting and aligning inventory with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
Managing and maintaining accurate master data within ERP/MRP systems
Identifying root causes of supply chain challenges and implementing data-backed solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Familiarity with demand forecasting and S&OP processes
Proven ability to drive process improvements in supply chain operations
