PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail driven Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our client, a premier aviation industry leader in Wichita, KS. This is a full time, 6 month consultant opportunity where your accuracy and efficiency directly support aviation operations that keep the industry moving.

About the Role

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring materials, components, and equipment flow smoothly through the facility. Your work helps maintain production timelines, supports safety and quality standards, and keeps teams equipped to do what they do best.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Assist with the initial verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for accurate identification and potential damage.

• Process all receiving and shipping documentation with precision and timeliness.

• Package and prepare outgoing shipments according to company standards.

• Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies to support daily operations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure an organized, efficient workflow.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $14.92–$17.91 per hour

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking

• Solid communication and teamwork abilities

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or materials handling

• Familiarity with shipping systems and documentation

• Experience working in a fast paced industrial or aviation environment
