Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 2) for a contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Proficient in MS Office and basic data management tools • SAP • Prior experience in supplier/vendor onboarding or related administrative roles preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Supplier Onboarding process. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and client Internal customers, verifying documentation, and ensuring smooth integration into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties may include (but are not limited to): • Assist in collecting and verifying supplier documentation • Coordinate onboarding activities between suppliers and internal teams • Maintain supplier records accurately and update onboarding status • Support compliance checks and data entry tasks • Communicate effectively to resolve onboarding issues promptly • Process requests for profile update through the ESLC portal • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
WORK HOURS: FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
ADDITIONAL: The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
