Architectural Project Manager

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Architectural Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Long Beach, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Experience in architectural project management or facilities project management
•Prove ability to manage full project lifecycles including intake, planning, execution, vendor communications, and delivery.
•Strong project management skills
•Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, facilities, engineering, vendors, contractors, leadership)
•Budget and schedule management experience
•Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and operational compliance standards
•Strong organizational and multitasking ability
•Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
•Ability to maintain documentation, project trackers, and process tracking.
•Problem-solving in highly ambiguous situations and maintaining a solutions-oriented approach to all projects.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintaining and enforcing Brand Facilities Standards, planning and managing facilities upgrades, maintenance projects, and infrastructure improvements; tracking budgets and schedules; managing cross-functional dependencies; coordinating vendors and contractors; and driving visibility and accountability across all phases of project execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Experience in architecture and facilities design
•Experience within the aerospace industry
•Familiarity with marketing operations and collaboration with marketing teams
•Experience working with project engineers and facilities operations
•Experience in environments requiring high operational continuity

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Accredited Bachelor's Degree

•Full-Time
