  Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the drafting and formulation of model clauses for procurement contracts for model projects.
  • Participate in negotiations for procurement contracts for model projects and participate in the formulation of negotiation strategies.
  • Provide legal professional support for negotiations on procurement contracts for model projects.
  • Provide legal advice on the performance of procurement contracts for model projects and provide legal advice on potential disputes or the handling of disputes.

  Job Requirements:  
  • Strong legal education background, holding a lawyer's license from a major European or American country. Priority given to those with experience in the UK and Singapore.
  • At least 25 years of work experience, with at least 10 years of experience in senior legal management positions at large multinational aerospace manufacturers or system suppliers abroad, or at least 10 years as a partner or higher in a top-tier international law firm, possessing in-depth international legal experience in the field of aircraft procurement.
  • Proficient in the basic legal systems and knowledge related to the international sale and purchase of airframes and airborne components in major countries and regions including civil and commercial law, export control compliance, and intellectual property, with experience and ability to handle complex or difficult legal matters e.g., international negotiations priority given to those with experience in handling business in the UK, US, or France.
  • Priority given to those with experience in handling aircraft procurement-related disputes.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with English as the primary working language, and proficient in English business negotiations.


Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract.
