  Job Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for long-term procurement contract negotiation and claims handling.
  • Responsible for contract performance data collection, analysis, and control.
  • Responsible for assisting senior negotiators in contract negotiation.
  • Responsible for assisting senior negotiators in contract template development.
  • Responsible for assisting senior negotiators in building a contract management system.
  • Responsible for assisting senior negotiators in building an information-based contract management system.
  • Responsible for mentoring negotiators and lower-level staff on contract management.
  • Responsible for assisting contracted negotiators in cost reduction efforts.
  Job Requirements:  
  • Master's degree or above, with 15 years or more of experience in contract negotiation and management-related positions in the aviation manufacturing industry.
  • Experience and ability to independently complete or lead a team in negotiating major contracts, contract changes, breaches of contract, and claims.
  • Familiar with contract law, aviation manufacturing industry contract terms, and export compliance requirements; possesses excellent communication, coordination, and analytical judgment skills; able to conduct in-depth analysis of contract terms, risk prediction, and mitigation.
  • Familiar with contract drafting, review, signing, performance, modification, termination, and claims processes.
  • Possesses team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language or for drafting/modifying contracts and negotiating.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract.
