  Job Responsibilities:  
  • Keep abreast of the current status and development trends of advanced aerospace polymer material development and preparation technologies both domestically and internationally.
  • Be responsible for organizing and planning capacity building in this professional field.
  • Be responsible for conducting research on polymer material preparation process technology, product performance testing technology, and environmental service behavior.
  • Be responsible for conducting research on polymer material and product failure analysis technology.
  • Be responsible for developing, applying, and analyzing automated and intelligent failure analysis technologies.
  Job Requirements:  
  • Master's degree or above in materials science, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in polymer materials R&D, with relevant experience in materials development, preparation, testing, and service.
  • Strong knowledge of polymer science, modern research management, and intellectual property.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with aerospace polymer material raw material preparation technology, molding technology, and service characteristics.
  • Professional English reading comprehension, written comprehension, and communication skills.


Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract.
