Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the current status and development trends of airborne component testing for civilian aircraft both domestically and internationally.
Organize and plan capacity building and development in this professional field.
Conduct research on single-piece airborne component testing methods, develop testing equipment, and transform intellectual achievements.
Develop simulation test models for airborne subsystems.
Apply automated and intelligent airborne equipment testing technologies and conduct data analysis.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control, Measurement and Control Instrumentation, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in aircraft final assembly testing or other industry final assembly testing, with experience in test system development, or over 10 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of airborne systems for major OEM projects.
Extensive experience in instrument and equipment software and hardware development.
Strong knowledge of measurement and control technology, modern scientific research management, and intellectual property rights.
Comprehensive familiarity with the current status and development trends of airborne component testing technology.
Comprehensive understanding of aircraft system functions and testing technologies.
Professional English reading comprehension, written comprehension, and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent professional ethics, and teamwork spirit.
Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract.
