PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace company to hire a detail-driven Cycle Counter who thrives in fast-paced environments where accuracy is everything. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity—ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support mission-critical aerospace operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Cycle Counter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations:

• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Inspect items for correct quantity and condition

• Record and process stock transactions using computerized inventory systems

• Utilize barcodes and scanning tools to track materials

• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed

• Assist with order pulling, picking, and kitting activities

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory locations

• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of cycle counting experience (required)

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• High School Diploma or GED (or 4+ years of relevant experience)

• Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and valid driver’s license

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with picking, packing, or kitting

• Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and inventory software

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing throughout the shift

• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
