PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation organization to hire a dynamic Customer Account Manager (CAM). In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations—ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and exceptional service delivery across the entire repair lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing customer accounts and ensuring operational success:
Maintain professional, consistent communication with assigned customer accounts, including weekly status updates
Process and manage customer orders using SAP (including sales order creation and updates)
Review purchase orders, service agreements, and product support agreements
Monitor “Ready to Quote” opportunities and generate accurate quotes
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated
Support customers throughout the full repair lifecycle, including shipping and delivery
Manage Aging Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure timely resolution
Resolve invoice disputes and support billing accuracy
Track and manage Estimated Ship Dates (ESD) and ensure on-time delivery performance
Handle exchanges and advanced exchanges as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, file management, and compliance with record retention policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation efforts (EDI, Aeroxchange, MRO systems, Microsoft 365 tools)
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including International Trade Compliance and quality systems
Support Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directive campaigns
Respond to urgent customer needs, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and MEL requests, with urgency
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in order processing, account management, or customer support
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP (especially VA02 transactions and sales order processing)
Understanding of aviation, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or aerospace environments
Familiarity with customer agreements, quoting processes, and inventory/order workflows
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FAR/DFAR, airworthiness directives, etc.)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
