Summary:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled structural maintenance and repairs on fixed wing aircraft, including Hawker, Cessna, King Air, and similar platforms.
Inspect, remove, repair, fabricate, and install structural components such as skins, brackets, doublers, frames, and fittings in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and approved data.
Conduct corrosion inspections, assessments, removal, and treatment to maintain structural integrity and airworthiness.
Perform metal fabrication tasks including layout, cutting, forming, drilling, and precision riveting using approved tools and techniques.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings, Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), blueprints, and work instructions.
Accurately document all maintenance actions in compliance with Part 145 repair station and quality standards.
Collaborate with maintenance, inspection, and quality teams to support efficient aircraft turnaround and safe return to service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to FOD control, safety protocols, and company policies.
Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
5+ years of recent aircraft structural repair experience in a Part 145 environment, performing corrosion control, fabrication, and repair of fixed wing aircraft structures on platforms such as Hawker, Cessna, and King Air.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking systems.
OEM training or certifications on relevant aircraft types.
