What You’ll Do

As a key contributor to Digital Technology Program Engagement operations, you will:

• Lead Operational Workflows: Manage logistics across procurement, financial coordination, data processing, and quality assurance
• Drive Process Excellence: Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements with measurable outcomes
• Deliver Data Insights: Analyze data and build automated dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support strategic decisions
• Support Tools & Systems: Configure and maintain tools that enhance operational efficiency and performance tracking
• Enable Teams Through Training: Develop and deliver documentation and training materials to ensure consistent adoption and execution
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with stakeholders across infrastructure and program teams to align goals and drive success

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 1+ years
• Proven experience leading digital process improvement initiatives with measurable impact
• Strong data analysis skills, including data collection, cleansing, and reporting (Power BI or similar tools)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex processes and implement effective solutions
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

• Experience in government, aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
