PAY RATE: $43/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assemble and install structural components and sub-assemblies using tools and precision equipment.

Interpret drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.

Perform functional testing and ensure components meet engineering and quality specifications.

Identify and document discrepancies per procedure.

Operate conventional and CNC fastening equipment (less than 3-axis).

Support product flow by moving materials and assisting across production areas.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

Train and assist other team members; cross-train in inspection (SIA qualification).

Perform specialty tasks such as structural assembly, sealing, fuel cell work, and pressure/vacuum testing.

Requirements:

5 10 years of experience in aircraft structures or assembly (mid-level).

Experience with structural repair and assembly.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to bend frequently and work in confined spaces.

Comfortable working on and off the ground and accessing various parts of the aircraft.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
