JOB TITLE: CCA Inspector - 1st Shift

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Inspect SMT and thru-hole solder connections and conformal coatings.

Interpret drawings, diagrams, parts lists, and IPC standards to determine accept/reject criteria.

Use microscopes and precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, dial indicators, scales) for detailed inspections.

Ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications, IPC standards, and revision-controlled documents.

Communicate quality issues effectively across all levels of operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of visual solder inspection experience (SMT and thru-hole) per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001.

Minimum 1 year of conformal coating inspection experience.

Ability to work under a microscope and sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours).

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documentation.

Proficiency with computers and standard software tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
