Location: Mesa, AZ | Full-Time | 12-Month Contract | First Shift (5AM–3:30PM, Mon–Thurs)
Pay: Starting at  $27.00 per hour

As a Product Repair/Modification Technician, you’ll contribute to the repair, modification, and assembly of AH?64 mechanical components—work that plays a critical role in keeping aerospace systems mission-ready and operating at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work under supervision to support critical repair and modification efforts, including:

• Assisting with disassembly of system components to correct issues or implement engineering changes.

• Supporting basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and repair mechanical or electrical faults.

• Conducting validation and verification testing on systems and components.

• Fabricating and modifying aerospace parts according to specifications and work instructions.

• Performing tasks related to safe handling of aerospace vehicles, such as basic jacking, towing, and system operations.

• Playing a hands-on role in repair, modification, and assembly of AH?64 mechanical components.

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Ability to pass required certification classes, including:

  • Torque

  • Safetying Practices

  • Mixing and Sealant

• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Availability to work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in aerospace, mechanical repair, manufacturing, or related technical roles.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting or assembling hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
