PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting employees and HR operations—ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and a positive employee experience.

From managing sensitive data to guiding employees through policies and programs, your work will directly contribute to a well-supported, engaged workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and manage employee records in both manual and automated HR systems
• Compile, track, and report on sensitive HR data and personnel statistics
• Support processes related to benefits, compensation, training, and employment
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee services
• Assist with programs such as recognition initiatives and work-life balance efforts
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations, labor agreements, and company policies
• Collaborate with HR team members to improve systems and processes
• Support data integrity across internal and external Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Furnish information to authorized individuals and agencies in accordance with procedures

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related HR, administrative, or personnel support experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global mobility and/or I-9 employment eligibility processes
• Familiarity with HR systems and data reporting tools
• Understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and employee programs
• Experience supporting HR operations in a corporate or manufacturing environment
