Manufacturing Engineer - 100% ONSITE

Description:
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the 737 Manufacturing Engineering team in Wichita, Kansas. This role will support a conversion initiative, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to guide manufacturing plans, improve processes, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies in support of aircraft type design.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to high impact aerospace programs in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply teams to develop and guide program manufacturing and tooling plans
Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to improve manufacturing processes
Apply process engineering principles and techniques to support aircraft type design
Develop, establish, and guide requirements for:
Assembly processes
Tooling simulations
Manufacturing configurations
Perform trade studies and cost analyses
Support and assist in leading Integrated Product and Process Teams (IPPTs)
Apply technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:
Composite / non‑metallic materials
Electrical / Electronics
Machining
Sheet metal
Systems and structures

Education & Experience (one of the following):
Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience
Master’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience
PhD or JD with 0–3 years of relevant experience
