Pay Rate: Starting at $34.46/hour

Your Role: Turn Complex Projects into Seamless Execution

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Facilities Project Administrator who thrives on coordination, precision, and delivering results. In this role, you’ll be at the center of facilities and construction projects—transforming concepts into fully executed plans that support critical aerospace operations.

From contractor coordination to project closeout, your work will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget—making a direct impact on operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate contractor proposals to ensure fair and reasonable pricing
• Support contractor selection, contract awards, and change negotiations
• Develop comprehensive project work packages including budgets, schedules, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, SHEA, security, IT, vendors, and customers) to align project execution
• Create conceptual layouts and preliminary designs based on customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage project documentation, including permits, work orders, and vendor quotes
• Monitor project progress, including construction, relocations, and infrastructure updates
• Track budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure project success
• Lead project closeout activities, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness
• Log and track project requests within work management systems
• Support cost estimation and business case development

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management
• Experience evaluating contractor proposals and managing project documentation
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and construction standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
