Location: Everett, WA | Schedule: 1st shift 7am to 2:30 pm | Payrate from $63 to $78 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire two highly skilled Systems Design Analysts to support critical Customer Engineering applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and support business-critical applications that enable Customer Engineering operations. Whether your strength is Salesforce development or full-stack .NET technologies, your work will directly improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting Customer Engineering teams

• Translate business and technical requirements into functional, scalable solutions

• Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective application solutions

• Contribute to system modernization and continuous improvement efforts

• Assist with data management, application maintenance, and performance optimization

• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture decisions

• Ensure all solutions meet business, technical, and supportability requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

  • Full-stack .NET development

  • Salesforce application development

  • Web and database development

• Ability to support production systems and troubleshoot issues effectively

• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up time in a contractor role

Preferred Qualifications

Full-Stack / .NET Development

Experience with:

• ASP.NET MVC (preferably C#)

• C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular

• T-SQL, PL/SQL

• HTML, XML, VBA

• ColdFusion (version 9 or later)

Salesforce Development

Experience with:

• Apex development

• Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

• Agentforce

• Tableau
