Needed in Multiple Locations: Phoenix AZ, Jamestown ND and Lenexa, KS| Payrate: $56.35 | Schedule: 1st shift 7am to 5pm
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to identify a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be the go-to leader for solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring suppliers deliver on time. This role goes beyond managing processes—you will actively step in when issues arise, drive solutions, and maintain the flow of production.
Working with suppliers across the globe, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective parts while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term process improvements that enhance performance and profitability.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary problem solver when supply chain disruptions threaten production
Identify and implement operational solutions that remove barriers and achieve business objectives
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain outcomes with organizational goals
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to influence results
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvements
Drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Apply project management discipline and data-driven decision-making under tight timelines
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience
Supply chain experience with strong SAP expertise (required)
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Experience working directly with suppliers and managing delivery assurance
Background in project management, Lean, or process improvement methodologies
Strong customer service mindset with excellent follow-up skills
Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing a variety of commodities
Aerospace industry experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
