Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret U.S. Clearance with SCI eligibility; CI Polygraph required post-start

Summary:

Lead software development tasks, including design, coding, unit/integration/functional/system testing, and achieving acceptance criteria.

Translate system requirements into software requirements and models with clear traceability.

Conduct system-level analyses to identify risks, issues, and opportunities; lead integration of mitigation actions.

Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and standards.

Monitor and review testing, verification, and issue resolution for software systems.

Track and evaluate internal team and supplier performance for alignment with project plans and industry standards.

Requirements:

Active Top-Secret U.S. Clearance with SCI eligibility; CI Polygraph required post-start

5+ years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented design, and software patterns.

Experience in Java, C++, or Python in full-stack software projects.

Experience leading software development projects and/or teams.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
