Summary:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality, to support production and manufacturing processes.
Support daily build plans and identify/remove constraints to ensure efficient operations.
Use data and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities to improve production processes.
Implement quality and producibility improvement initiatives.
Streamline processes, improve quality, and ensure timely product delivery.
Apply data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in design reviews, providing input on manufacturability and assembly.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
Level 4: 9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor s degree, OR 7+ years with a master s degree, OR experience with a PhD.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
Composite fabrication experience.
Experience supporting defense or aerospace customers.
Experience with 3D model-based instructions.
Familiarity with tools such as IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, or 3D printed parts.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Common Image systems.
Active Secret Clearance preferred.
