PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with one of the most respected names in the aviation industry to seek skilled Liaison Engineers across multiple levels. As a Liaison Engineer, you will apply your engineering expertise to resolve complex product and process issues throughout the entire lifecycle of aircraft production. Your work directly impacts aircraft safety, operational excellence and on time delivery. From troubleshooting and design reviews to structural repair and analysis, you will serve as an essential technical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and customers.
This is a full time, 12 month consultant role based in Moses Lake, WA.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $49.87 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities vary by level, but core duties include:
Apply our design and engineering principles to assess, troubleshoot and resolve product or process issues.
Analyze root causes of design non conformances and develop dispositions.
Lead or support research of technical, operational and quality challenges that cannot be resolved by the customer.
Design interim and final engineering solutions for structural and systems related issues.
Conduct static strength analyses and design jacking/shoring schemes for safe handling of damaged products.
Develop non destructive testing procedures, tools and standards.
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.
Represent engineering in build through delivery environments.
Communicate technical findings, safety impacts and resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company engineering and quality standards.
Investigate and support on site repair teams for disabled aircraft or accident events.
Work with 737 MAX structures, systems, interiors, exterior decorative finishes and flight squawk resolution.
Support off shift, weekend or overtime work as needed.

Qualifications vary by level, but all candidates must demonstrate effective communication, decisive action, resourcefulness and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry from an accredited university.
ABET accreditation preferred, not required.
Related experience aligned with job level:
Level 3: Typically 5+ years or equivalent combination of education/experience
Level 4: Typically 9+ years or equivalent
Level 5: Typically 14+ years or equivalent
Ability to work independently and guide others.
Experience supporting aircraft delivery or production environments.
Regular, predictable attendance.
Current or previous Delivery Center experience.
Experience resolving flight squawks and performing systems or functional test troubleshooting.
Strong customer facing communication skills; ability to lead technical discussions.
Familiarity with AFRS.
Knowledge of aviation Drawing Change Processes (EQC, ELR, MCC, RR, MR, PRR).0002
Prior CI&R experience (for senior levels).
