Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the production of advanced military aircraft, including the F-15. Your expertise will ensure efficient manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and directly contribute to mission readiness for those who rely on these aircraft.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality to support aircraft production
• Support daily build plans by identifying and resolving production constraints
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
• Implement initiatives to improve product quality, efficiency, and producibility
• Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturability and assembly input
• Support production readiness and rate planning activities
• Streamline processes to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality aerospace products
• Contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced production environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related field
• Level 4:
  • 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • 7+ years with a Master’s degree, OR
  • Equivalent experience with a PhD
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a production environment
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance. 
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Composite fabrication experience
• Familiarity with 3D model-based instruction and digital manufacturing tools (CATIA, CREO, DELMIA, etc.)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MESCi)
