Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the production of advanced military aircraft, including the F-15. Your expertise will ensure efficient manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and directly contribute to mission readiness for those who rely on these aircraft.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality to support aircraft production
Support daily build plans by identifying and resolving production constraints
Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
Implement initiatives to improve product quality, efficiency, and producibility
Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturability and assembly input
Support production readiness and rate planning activities
Streamline processes to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality aerospace products
Contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced production environment
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related field
Level 4:
9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
7+ years with a Master’s degree, OR
Equivalent experience with a PhD
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to collaborate across teams in a production environment
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
Composite fabrication experience
Familiarity with 3D model-based instruction and digital manufacturing tools (CATIA, CREO, DELMIA, etc.)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MESCi)

Pay Details: $68.02 per hour
