Your Impact

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll be essential to the flow of aerospace operations—verifying shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring materials meet quality and compliance standards. Your attention to detail helps keep production on track and customers satisfied.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for proper identification and visible damage
• Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation for internal and external customers
• Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical shipments
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping and packaging supplies
• Support quality control and export compliance requirements
• Enter and track shipment data using basic computer systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate simple software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy in documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quality control or export control processes
• Familiarity with handling regulated or chemical shipments (MSDS knowledge a plus)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
