Summary:
Define and execute vehicle integration and test activities with systems, test, and program teams.
Develop and run hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and on-vehicle test procedures.
Maintain test objectives and ensure alignment with vehicle requirements.
Participate in test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), execution, troubleshooting, and post-test analysis.
Analyze and optimize data review methods and tools.
Understand subsystem interactions and dependencies.
Establish and enforce standards for test planning and documentation.
Requirements:
Level II: Bachelor s degree + 2 5 years of experience (or equivalent)
Senior: Bachelor s degree + 5 10 years of experience (or equivalent)
Experience in fast-paced, small engineering teams
Background in vehicle integration, ground, or flight testing
Familiarity with avionics, instrumentation, software, fluid systems, propulsion, or structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Jira)
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama, Cameo, DOORS)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Test Conductor
Experience supporting major technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
Knowledge of aerospace configuration control and change management
Experience with hypersonic or air-launched vehicle programs
Experience in technical risk identification and mitigation
Experience with requirements definition and verification for advanced aerospace systems
Active DoD Secret clearance
Programming experience (MATLAB, Python)
Advanced experience with CAD, Jira, and requirements tools
