PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to hire a strategic and results-driven Commodity / Account Management & Strategic Sourcing Professional. If you excel at negotiation, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making, this fully remote opportunity puts you at the center of high-impact procurement strategies that power the aerospace industry.

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives that directly influence cost, quality, and supply reliability. Your ability to analyze markets, negotiate effectively, and build strong supplier relationships will ensure operational success and long-term value across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for goods, services, and supply procurement

• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle—from RFQ/RFP through contract execution

• Establish sourcing goals and maintain service level agreements with suppliers

• Analyze pricing proposals, financial data, and supplier performance to optimize cost and value

• Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and external partners

• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and reliability to ensure consistent performance

• Conduct supplier research and market analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions

• Drive commodity and supplier strategy planning aligned with business objectives

• Monitor supplier performance against delivery, quality, and cost expectations

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, contracts management, or similar

• Proven experience with sourcing processes, including RFP/RFQ execution

• Strong background in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Project management experience

• Experience in aerospace or government contracting environments
