LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $32.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required prior to start
Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM | Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM for 2 3 months

Summary:
Perform all types of inspections to support all phases of assembly and manufacturing, including subcontracted and purchased parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and perform mathematical calculations and instrument readings.
Use basic measuring equipment and instruments to continuity check assemblies and components.
Demonstrate basic personal computing skills for documentation and inspection tasks.
Understand and apply workmanship acceptance criteria used on the production floor.
Document all errors or discrepancies clearly, accurately, and legibly.
Follow correct procedures and safety precautions to prevent damage to equipment/material and injury to self or others.
Maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.
Lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Interim Secret clearance required prior to start
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills/Experience:
Cleanroom experience
J-STD-001 certification (active or inactive)
IPC-610 certification (active or inactive)
MIL-STD-883 experience
