Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | No on-call rotations; weekends off

Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Provide Tier I support for software, hardware, and network issues by diagnosing problems and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Understand ITSM/ITIL foundations; certification preferred but not required.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
Assist with deployment and setup of PCs, laptops, docking stations, and peripherals.
Perform software installations and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for support requests.
Communicate effectively with users in both verbal and written formats.
Install applications using Intune.
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs; push and pull carts as needed.
Manage and maintain company IT assets.
Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and copiers.
Maintain organized storage areas.
Maintain regular attendance and full work shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 2 years of IT experience in a similar role using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira).
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation v4 or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting hardware, software, cloud applications, and Office 365.
Experience in Windows server environment and user administration (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Azure).
Intune experience and knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Valid driver s license and ability to travel as required.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Independent, motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
