Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 months)
Location: Hialeah, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday;
Pay Rate: $19.38 to $26.00 per hour
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring the seamless ordering, delivery, and support of essential aerospace spare parts and services. Your work directly contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the reliability of high-performance aviation systems.
Analyze supplier and customer data related to spare parts ordering and delivery
Process and evaluate returned materials from customers
Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and resolve delivery issues
Track, create, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, culture, and business strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective solutions
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service (non–call center environment)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP
Background in program management or account management
Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or aerospace environments
