JOB TITLE: Aircraft CNC Machinist B
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $31/hour

Summary:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Document production data and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist
5+ years operating CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.)
5+ years of experience with G-code programming and CNC controls
Strong computer and communication skills; customer-focused mindset
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work variable shifts (1st or 2nd)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
