Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret (not required to start)

Summary:

Assist in defining requirements for tools, materials, parts, and processes

Draft engineering specifications and technical documentation

Support development and qualification of new tools, components, and processes

Perform testing, audits, and supplier qualification activities

Analyze performance and investigate failures of components and processes

Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Utilize project management tools to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals

Incorporate EHS, Lean, and Quality principles into all activities

Evaluate electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components for design and repair

Support subcontractors and suppliers to ensure component compliance

Work in high-reliability/harsh environments (aerospace, automotive, medical, industrial)

Support cable/harness fabrication, installation, and evaluation

Requirements:

Ability to obtain Secret (not required to start)

Familiarity with basic electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transformers, connectors, ICs)

Understanding of requirements and requirements documentation

Knowledge of part qualification and evaluation concepts

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in team environments

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
