PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Product Acceptance Specialist. In this critical quality role, you’ll ensure that every component meets strict regulatory, customer, and company standards before it reaches the field.

Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will directly impact safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment.


What You’ll Do

As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will:

  • Verify product conformance to engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Perform detailed physical inspections of parts and validate documentation accuracy
  • Determine FAA approval types and ensure proper part application
  • Complete regulatory (8130-3) and non-regulatory (ATA 106) documentation
  • Process customer orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify, segregate, and control non-conforming materials
  • Route materials appropriately based on handling and inspection requirements
  • Enter and track inspection and material data within SAP systems
  • Scan materials in and out of QA processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support additional QA activities as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another regulated industry
  • 1+ years of experience using SAP systems
  • 1+ years of experience in quality inspection or product verification
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work variable shifts (1st and 2nd)
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with FAA or other regulatory compliance standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or QA environment

Pay Details: $28.40 per hour
