Position Details

• Job Title: Assembler

• Type: Full-Time; Consultant (3 Months)

• Location: Madison, AL 35756

• Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10)

• Pay Rate: $23.81 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with a team of 4–6 assemblers to perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly tasks.

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components such as modules, boards, frames, panels, and cables.

• Read and follow diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.

• Perform initial layouts and operate hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.

• Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections in accordance with specifications.

• Disassemble, modify, rework, and test prototype assemblies as needed.

• Complete toolbox audits at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Ensure 5S Daily Sweep tasks are completed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

• Ability to safely use basic power hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Experience working under government contracts.

• Experience with ESD and FOD control procedures.

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience.
