Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM–6:00 PM); flexibility required for weekends, holidays, and special events
Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.000
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an enthusiastic and polished Visitor Relations Tour Guide to support a leading aerospace organization at one of the most popular aviation attractions in the Pacific Northwest. In this highly interactive role, you will create unforgettable experiences for guests by sharing engaging, accurate, and dynamic content about aerospace innovation and the history of flight.
You will serve as a brand ambassador, guiding public tours, supporting educational programming, and ensuring every visitor leaves informed and inspired.
As a Visitor Relations Tour Guide, you’ll play a key role in delivering world class guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Memorize and deliver scripted content for tours and presentations, including the Everett Factory Tour and other interpretive experiences.
Lead groups of up to 52 participants on tours and present to audiences of up to 200 in theater settings.
Represent the aerospace brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accuracy in all guest interactions.
Greet visitors, facilitate ticketing, and support lobby operations.
Assist guests with wayfinding and exhibit interpretation throughout the facility.
Lead interactive STEM activities such as robotics or drone demonstrations.
Support operational posts, rotations, and on-time program execution.
Proactively identify or report safety concerns and support emergency procedures.
Complete mandatory training and actively participate in ongoing content updates.
Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure smooth coverage, rotations, and daily processes.
1+ years of customer service experience in a public facing role.
Experience presenting, teaching, performing, or guiding groups.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Experience working effectively in a team environment.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Six months or more experience giving tours or public speaking.
Experience with event or exhibit technology, POS systems, or Microsoft Office.
Prior exposure to aviation, aerospace, or museum environments.
Education/experience equivalent to a high school diploma/GED plus 4+ years related experience, or vocational/Associate degree combinations.
