PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace innovator to hire a Digital Technology Scrum Master / Project Manager. In this role, you’ll guide Agile teams, optimize delivery processes, and ensure complex digital programs are executed with precision, speed, and impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage and optimize Agile tools such as JIRA, Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big Picture
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to align with business objectives
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across digital initiatives
• Communicate project vision, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive issue resolution
• Apply project management best practices including financial, schedule, and scope management
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution
• Provide clear reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and on-time delivery
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Agile methodologies

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 10+ years of equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or Agile leadership
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Experience managing infrastructure, security, and/or software development projects
• Strong experience building and managing project schedules (MS Project)
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency with JIRA tools (Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, Big Picture)
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or government environments
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
• Background in cybersecurity, application development, or IT infrastructure projects
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
