What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
Define and solve technical challenges across manufacturing, assembly, and testing environments
Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements
Collaborate with design engineering teams to enhance product manufacturability
Develop production workflows and optimize sequencing of operations
Prepare cost estimates and analyze production cost drivers
Support facility layouts and equipment integration for manufacturing processes
Design tools, fixtures, and gauges using SolidWorks or similar software
Leverage 3D printing to create innovative fixtures and tooling solutions
Develop detailed assembly work instructions and operator guides
Program laser printing systems and create related process documentation
Utilize RLPM tools to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and build plans
Maintain production routers and bills of materials (BOMs)
Partner with quality teams and suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues
Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements
Lead process optimization initiatives using PFMEA, control plans, SPC, and RCCA methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and First Pass Yield
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in fast-paced and/or highly regulated aerospace or manufacturing environments
Experience supporting machine operations, tooling/fixture design, and production processes
Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and manufacturing workflows
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, RCCA, control plans, and configuration control practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives independently
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments
Proficiency with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks
Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks and lean methodologies

Pay Details: $75.56 per hour
