Join a dynamic Human Resources team where every interaction matters. As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality employee experience across critical “moments that matter”—from onboarding through career transitions. You will serve as a trusted connection between employees and HR, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do Every Day
Operational & Administrative Excellence (30%)
Support personnel actions for employees, temps, and interns
Act as a liaison between HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits teams
Analyze and provide HR data for reporting and decision-making
Assist with annual HR cycles such as performance reviews and open enrollment
Lead and manage HR-related projects from scope to completion
Support employee recognition and awards programs
People Operations (30%)
Ensure data accuracy across systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and e-Verify
Manage onboarding, transfers, expatriates, and employee changes
Administer I-9 processes and support compliance requirements
Handle termination processes and ensure proper documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and timely system updates
Respond to HR inquiries and guide employees and HRBPs on tools and processes
Employee Experience (35%)
Deliver high-quality service via phone, chat, and case management tools
Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Coordinate offer processes and facilitate onboarding and offboarding
Lead new hire orientations and ensure smooth transitions
Respond to HR-related questions and escalate when necessary
Assist employees with leave processes and general HR support
Additional Responsibilities (5%)
Support special projects and other duties as assigned
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
3+ years of practical HR experience
Experience working with HR systems and employee data
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills across phone, chat, and in-person interactions
Working knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Experience supporting multi-site or global organizations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR service delivery models
Work Environment & Flexibility
Hybrid schedule: 60% onsite / 40% remote
Up to 20% domestic travel
Work in both office and production environments
Role includes regular computer use and occasional physical activity (lifting up to 30 lbs)
