Experimental N/C Programmer

Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with CATIA V5 experience to support the fabrication of precision machined parts. This role focuses on developing and optimizing N/C programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machining environments.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on programmer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing teams and supporting production on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain N/C programs for machined components
Program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines using CATIA V5
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and job orders to ensure programming accuracy
Select appropriate:
machine type
tooling and work holding
cutting tools and part orientation
Test, troubleshoot, and revise CNC programs for optimal performance
Provide on-machine support during program prove-out and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of CATIA V5 CNC programming experience
Hands-on experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machining
Strong understanding of:
blueprint reading
machining processes
tooling and setup
Ability to work in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of CATIA V5 programming experience
Experience with mill-turn machining
Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience
